Free Haven Farms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the "Grow Your Own" Club, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NEW JERSEY, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in NEW JERSEY for the resolution of any disputes.
